Location: South part of Kihei. Wailea is next door and Kahului airport is a twenty five minute drive. Rental cars available at the airport.
Payment Policy: $100.00 (U.S.) deposit is required, with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A $20.00 charge for any checks returned to us with insufficient funds will apply. All guests must present a Visa credit card to occupy their unit.

Cancellation Policy: From date of booking to 15 days prior to arrival there is a $100 cancellation fee. From 1-14 days prior to arrival - refund less 4 nights rent & tax.

If you are looking for a one-bedroom condo, we can recommend a very nice, newly remodeled unit at the Kihei Alii Kai.
