IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check in: 3 pm. All guests must register and pick up keys at AA Ocean Front Condominium Rentals (879-7288).

Check out: 11am. Close all windows and doors, turn off lights and fans as well as remove all perishable food from kitchen.

Late check out: Please request 24 hours in advance to AA Oceanfront Condominium Rentals (879-7288). Guests checking out between 12 and 5 pm will incur a half day rental charge, and guests checking out after 5:00 pm will incur a full day rental charge.

Keys: Upon arrival/departure it is necessary to stop by AA Oceanfront Condominium Rentals to pick-up/drop off your keys. A $10.00 fee is charged for lost keys. Office hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Mon.- Sun. After hours arrivals will have a note in the window for key pick-up instructions. Your keys can be dropped off at the Kihei Surfside for an additional charge of $20.00 (please let us know at the time of booking).

Swimming Pool: Open 8 am – 9 pm (no life guard on duty)

Barbecue Gas Grill: Available till 9 pm

Lawn Activities: Croquet-Shuffleboard-Horseshoes-Putting

Coffee Services: Served Mon. – Sat., 10 – 11 am, barbecue area

Mail: Can be picked up/dropped off at the main office on the ground floor.

Parking: On a first come, first serve basis. Parking lot adjacent to building.

House Rules:

Lock your lanai door at night and when out
Do not hang towels or other items on lanai railings
Wash off all sand before entering the elevator and rooms
Turn off lights and fans when leaving rooms
Sorry – no pets allowed

Cleaning: Complimentary check-out cleaning on guest bookings greater than 4 nights. An additional cleaning charge applies on all stays less than 5 nights. Start-up supply of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and bath soap is provided in unit prior to check-in. Guests will have to replenish these items as needed. All guests are financially responsible for damage or excess use to the condominium while they are occupying the unit. Your credit card will be charged for any missing or damaged items, excessively soiled carpets, furniture or bedding, other than normal wear and tear.

Trash: Trash chutes on each floor and recyling/trash is on the 1st floor.
